INSTRUCTIONS
PREHEAT oven to 350°F for a loaf or 375°F for muffins. Grease an 8"x4" loaf pan or line with parchment paper. For muffins, grease or place liners in 12 muffin tins.
MIX together egg and milk or water in a large bowl. Add pumpkin mix and whisk until combined, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed. Stir in melted butter until smooth.
POUR batter into prepared loaf pan or fill muffin tins 1/2 full with batter.
COMBINE cinnamon streusel mix with ½ tsp melted butter in small bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over batter.
BAKE pumpkin loaf for 47-53 minutes, 12-17 minutes for muffins or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
WARM the icing packet under warm water for 30 seconds, then gently massage it. Snip a small corner off the packet and drizzle over the warm loaf or muffins. Let icing set for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
